Residing in Northwest Florida since 2000, Tom was formerly Director of Land Sales for the St. Joe Company, focusing on commercial development and sales.
His extensive network and experience in the region, including working in banking and real estate throughout the Southeastern U.S., are the basis for Tom’s reputation as one of Northwest Florida’s leading real estate market experts.
Since 2001, Tom has been involved on either the buy or sell side of transactions valued in excess of $150 Million in Northwest Florida, across all property types. In addition to driving the strategic growth of JPB Commercial Real Estate Advisors, and managing the team of outstanding sales agents, Tom serves as the lead sales agent for the group’s major client relationships.

A native of Alabama, Charlie was most recently with Oaks Development Group, a medical office investment group based in Cary, North Carolina. Charlie relocated to the Florida Panhandle in 2005, continuing to originate and manage many of Oaks’ Southeastern US medical office development projects. As CFO of Oaks Construction, and Director of Development for Florida and Alabama, Charlie was involved in over 300,000 square feet of development projects, including direct responsibility for land acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, marketing and leasing, and project management. Charlie graduated from the University of Alabama, majoring in Business Administration (concentration in Real Estate Finance) and a Minor in English.
Charlie’s concentration with JPB Commercial Real Estate Advisors includes medical office, retail site selection/land acquisition, office and retail leasing, and investment sales. His market knowledge spans the State of Florida, having worked on projects on the East Coast, South and Central Florida, throughout North Florida, and several other Southeastern US markets.

Philip Sherrill is a Pensacola native with over 25-years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and property management throughout the Florida Gulf Coast region.

A native of the Boston area, Doug relocated to the Emerald Coast in 1996 following a technology sales career in Atlanta. His regional experience across Northwest Florida spans fifteen years including five years as a real estate broker and broker associate. Doug’s proficiency in the business and commercial sector of the real estate market is the result of being his focus since “day one.” Over a fifteen year time period, Doug has personally been involved in over one hundred and fifty transactions ranging from “Main Street” businesses to complex multi-million dollar operations with both commercial real estate and business components. Roles included working directly with business buyers, sellers and lenders as well as providing marketing support.
Doug’s specific area of expertise is the confidential sale and marketing of ongoing business entities. This very specialized area of expertise requires the ability to analyze financial statements, formulate a justifiable opinion of business fair market value, confidentially market the business opportunity to qualified buyers and lead the sales process through financing and closing. He has worked closely with SBA lenders for both 7(a) loans and 504 loans on a number of transactions. Doug earned his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation through the International Business Brokers Association. He is one of only four individuals in Northwest Florida to have earned this designation and maintained it through education and proficiency.
Doug is an avid aviation enthusiast and is an instrument-rated private pilot and former aircraft owner. He is also active in the local community including church, civic and business organizations.
